Question: Is the area safe and secure?

Answer: Yes. Viridian Student Residences is fully equipped with 24-hour security through CCTV, roving guards and a first-class RFID Card Access system in our main entrance door. Upon request, we can also provide parents with daily reports of their child's leaving and coming in schedule.

Question: Is there a curfew imposed on the premises?

Answer: No Curfew. We will provide login and logout report upon request.

Question: What happens when a tenant arrives drunk?

Answer: Tenants will not be allowed to enter the premises to protect the safety and security of other tenants.

Question: What happens when a tenant brought firearms, bladed weapons, drugs and liquor?

Answer: Tenants will be eligible to grounds of termination of their contract.

Question: Can I show my friends to my dorm room?

Answer: No. You can refer them to the administration office for a formal tour of the building.

Question: Are family members allowed to use the amenities?

Answer: No. Amenities are purely for tenants use only.

Question: Is electricity and water included in the rent?

Answer: No. Water and electricity are separate from the rent. All our rooms have their own electric and water meters, so the cost would depend on usage. The fee is divided to the number of tenants per room.

Question: Is internet access free?

Answer: Yes. Free access to the internet for as long as they stay with us. All you need is a WI FI 802.11b/g equipped PC.

Question: How about laundry services ? Are these available?

Answer: Yes. Contact front desk for more details.

Question: Can we cook in the premises?

Answer: No. But a microwave is provided in every room.

Question: Do the rooms have their own restroom and shower?

Answer: Yes. All our rooms are equipped with its own separate rest room and shower.

Question: Is the area prone to flooding?

Answer: Never. Even in the heaviest weather, the area has never flooded.

Question: Do you accept credit cards for any payments?

Answer: No, Only Cash and Checks are accepted.

Question: How do you determine room choice order?

Answer: We do review your room request and attempt to match your preferred choice, subject to availability and approval.

Question: Do we have to bring our own TV?

Answer: All rooms are provided with LCD cable TV.

Question: What are the terms of payment for long term stay?

Answer: The term is 2 months Security Deposit which is refundable upon expiration of the contract.

Question: Is there ample parking space available?

Answer: Yes. We have parking space available. Inquire for more details.

Question: Is the location accessible to major malls, schools, hospitals and other establishments?

Answer: Yes. The dormitory is 20 minutes away from the Makati CBD, Makati Medical Center, 15 minutes away from Ayala malls (Glorietta & Greenbelt), 5 minutes away from major universities in Taft Ave. Manila (DLSU, St. Scholastica's College, Arellano University), 15 minutes away from Central Manila (Quiapo, Espana), 30 minutes away from Quezon City (St. Luke's Medical Center).

Question: How far is the dormitory from the Airport?

Answer: The dormitory is just 30 minutes away from the domestic and international airport.

Question: Is there a convenience store near the dormitory?

Answer: Yes. There is a convenience store outside the dormitory which offers snacks, cold drinks, cell phone load, toiletries etc. Major supermarket and groceries like Shopwise and Cash and Carry is 10 minutes away from the dormitory.
