Summithill Holdings Inc. is the developer of University Pad Residences. UPad is one of its many ventures to uphold the vision to be the leading provider of upscale yet affordable and secure co-living spaces for millennial students and young professionals in the Philippines.
Aside from the UPad projects, we also have University Home or UHome, a condominium, managed as a dormitory, and operated as a hotel – a condormitel. UHome’s prime location ensures investors of increasing rental income every year and appreciating property value. University Home is a hassle-free investment for those looking for high and stable income through rental yields. As the units are turned over for occupation and furnishing, it can be rented out right away.
