You may lease one bed in a shared room. Rates do not include the electricity bill. You may also opt to lease the entire room, provided that you pay for the rent of all beds within the room. Kindly note that rooms are either all-female or all-male.

The standard contract period is 12 months. We give a minimum of 6 months lease term for reviewees. Do note that there are limited slots for reviewees.

To reserve a bed, please submit the following:

1. TWO (2) MONTHS SECURITY DEPOSIT – Dated check (REFUNDABLE AFTER CONTRACT)
2. ADMIN FEE P 3,000.00 – Dated check (PAYABLE UPON RESERVATION AND EVERY RENEWAL)
3. 12 POST-DATED CHECKS (FOR MONTHLY RENTAL)
4. 2X2 PICTURE WITH WHITE BACKGROUND (PICTURE OF STUDENT)
5. PHOTOCOPY OF VALID ID – PARENTS OR GUARDIAN (FOR CONTRACT PURPOSES)

• Prepare and submit all requirements at the UPad Admin Office.
• Fill up the UPad Application Form.
• Parents are required to sign the contract of lease if the tenant is a minor. If parents are unavailable to reserve, they should issue an authorization letter to a guardian or representative to sign the contract of lease and other required documents.
• Access card and cabinet key will be issued on your move in date.
